My services are divided into several stages:
. Home consultation to analyse the project – Fixed price €205.00: on-site visit & production of a framework document: assessment of the current situation and presentation of your specifications (deducted after signing the first quote)
. Production of a preliminary design: quotation upon request
- Measurements, assessment of constraints, photographs, surveys
- 2D plans and visuals proposing space layouts
- Inspiration boards for each room: materials, colours, furnishings
. Production of a final design: quotation upon request
- 2D plans of the final layouts & detailed visuals
- Descriptive boards of the final selections for materials, colours and furnishings
- Technical plans
- Reverse planning
You will then have everything you need to get your project off the ground and have the work carried out

I offer my support for highlighting the potential of your real estate to sell, rapidly and efficiently :
- Reorganisation of each room’s layout, to reveal the place’s potential and charms
- Partly re-use of your furniture for the staging
- Proposal of basic adjustments, at low cost
- Staging if the place is already empty
Sourcing
Copper bath tube, non swedish library, four poster bed… old, new or design, I search and locate for you the items -furniture, lightnings, bed linen, decoration- that you are missing or not finding.
